FAQ
Why so fast?
Most website projects lose weeks between a designer's mockups and a developer rebuilding them, then more weeks waiting for content. We skip both:
- You approve a working prototype, not a picture. Within about 2 business days of receiving your complete content, you get a live link you can click through on your phone.
- The build is automated and checked. Once you sign off the design, our tools turn it into your WordPress site and check it against the approved design, page by page and screen size by screen size.
- We start when your content is ready. The clock only starts once we have everything we need, so nothing stalls halfway.
We also work across time zones. Send feedback at the end of your day and it's usually done by the next morning.
Is it really custom?
Yes. Nothing is bought off a theme marketplace. Your designs are made for your brand, your content and your customers, and the theme is built only for your site. "Fast" comes from the process, not from reusing someone else's design.
What's a template vs a page?
- A template is a unique page design, for example "Home", "Service page" or "Contact".
- A page is one real page on your site that uses a template.
Ten service pages that share the same layout are ten pages but one template. Designing a template is the expensive part; adding another page to an existing template is quick. That's why we price by templates and why extra pages are only $150 each.
What do I need to provide?
- Your text (or book a copywriting interview with us).
- Your logo, and your brand colours and fonts if you have them.
- Photos and images.
- A few websites you like, and why.
- Decisions: where form messages should go, whether you want a blog, a shop, or a second language.
- Access to your domain and, if you have one, your hosting.
Our content checklist lists the formats and sizes. The delivery clock starts when everything is in.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. Your site runs on WordPress, the world's most widely used website platform. Text, images, blog posts and products are edited in the standard WordPress editor: click the text, type, press Update. You'll get a short video and a written guide made for your site. If you'd rather not, a Care+ or Partner plan includes monthly editing hours.
Do you host?
Either way works:
- We host it on a Care plan: hosting, updates, backups and monitoring are all handled.
- You host it with your own provider. We can set it up with access to your hosting, or, if you'd rather not share any logins, we send a ready-to-install package with a step-by-step guide and check the public site once you've installed it. Our "You host" plan covers maintenance.
What if I already have a website?
We audit your current site first: every page, its title, description and images. Together we decide which pages to keep, merge or retire. Old addresses are redirected to the new ones, so you keep your search rankings and nobody lands on a broken link. Scale includes this; for Launch and Growth it's the $750 SEO migration add-on (Growth already includes the redirect map).
Can you build in Arabic?
Yes. We build fully bilingual Arabic/English sites with proper right-to-left layouts and Arabic fonts, plus a privacy policy and cookie banner that meet Saudi PDPL requirements.
How do payments work?
50% to start, 50% before the site goes live. The site and its code are yours once the final payment is made. See terms.md.
